  从Berk/DeMarzo 的《Corporate Finance 》这本书又演化出两本书 Berk/DeMarzo 的 Corporate Finance: The Core，以及Berk/DeMarzo/Harford 的"Fundamentals of Corporate Finance 。

Jonathan Berk is the A.P. Giannini Professor of Finance at the Graduate School of Business,
Stanford University, and is a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.


  Peter DeMarzo is the Mizuho Financial Group Professor of Finance and Senior
Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also
a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.

  Jarrad Harford is the Marion B. Ingersoll Professor of Finance at the University of
Washington. Prior to Washington, Professor Harford taught at the Lundquist College of
Business at the University of Oregon. He received his PhD in Finance with a minor in
Organizations and Markets from the University of Rochester.

  1） 公司理财经典教科书主要是    S. Ross, R. Westerfield and J. Jaffe, Corporate Finance, 9th Edition, McGraw-Hill Irwin, 2010.

  以及  R. Brealey, S. Myers, and F. Allen, Principles of Corporate Finance, 10th Edition, McGraw-Hill Irwin, 2011.


这两本书经久不衰，而且较早的版本很容易在网上免费得到（包括中译本和影印版），初学者和新手可以去下载那两本书学习。


2） 这本书适合不缺论坛币且喜欢搜集金融学电子书的同仁下载。以及公司理财课程的教师下载比较各版本异同。

在美国中青年金融学家中，Jonathan Berk 和Peter DeMarzo 他们两个也算大拿了，他俩都任教于斯坦福大学商学院金融学，而且都做到了讲座教授的职位。
