Position Title Group Actuarial & Reinsurance Group & Reinsurance Actuary
Location Beijing/Shanghai
Position Summary - Conducting group product pricing, product filing and actuarial support for Group channel, to ensure products are priced in compliance with the company’s benchmark.
- Communication with Group channel and product development related department effectively, to support product development and implementation.
- Existing Products management including validate consistency with group quotation, implement new products with quotation modeling and products reviewing on multi-perspective periodically.
- Various group business actuarial assignment, quotation, reports and experience study, supporting on BP and evaluate group channel compensation scheme
- Perform various reinsurance actuarial supporting assignment, such as reinsurance arrangement analysis and implement, treaty negotiation and system implementation
Principal Accountabilities 1. New Product developing and pricing for Group channel, including:
a) Building pricing model, to ensure products are priced with most updated assumptions and in compliance with the company’s benchmark as well as requirement.
b) Communicating with channel and product development related department effectively.
c) Product business Rationale and Product template preparation in pricing and actuarial part.
d) Product system data generating and double check.
e) Product provision co-ordination and double check.
f) Product CIRC filing materials review and double check.
g) Product relavant documentations and reviewing etc.
2. Existing products management, including:
a) Implement new product into group quoation model and validate consistency.
b) Experience and assumptions reviewing, assure products compel with requirement of company all time
c) Keep pace with CIRC's regulation and assure the products compel with CIRC's requirement all time;
d) Perform various product related supporting assignments such as reporting, re-pricing, trainning and system enhancement etc.
3. Various group business actuarial assignment, including daily quotation, reporting experience study, supporting on BP and evaluate group channel compensation scheme etc.
4. Perform various reinsurance actuarial supporting assignment, such as reinsurance arrangement analysis and implement, treaty negotiation and system implementation.
5. Other job assigned by supervisor.
