A Beginner's Guide to R (2009)这本教材我看过，主要数据是life science，因此他在分析R时还是比较偏向生命科学研究的逻辑，因而在时间序列和多元回归介绍不多，需要时间序列的可参考Time Series Analysis - With Applications in R, 2nd Ed和Time series analysis and its applications with R examples，记得qoiqpwqr有分享过。
