<P>This book intends to contribute to the study of alternative paradigms in<BR>macroeconomics. As other recent approaches to dynamic macroeconomics,<BR>we also build on intertemporal economic behavior of economic agents but<BR>stress Keynesian features more than other recent literature in this area. In<BR>general, stochastic dynamic macromodels are difficult to solve and to estimate,<BR>in particular if intertemporal behavior of economic agents is involved.<BR>Thus, beside addressing important macroeconomic issues in a dynamic framework<BR>another major focus of this book is to discuss and apply solution and estimation<BR>methods to models with intertemporal behavior of economic agents.</P>
