This is a famous book by Raudenbush and Bryk. Thanks for providing the electronic version. I have a hard copy but this one is convenient to carry.

我在密大上了一个关于Multilevel Analysis暑期课程，用的就是这本书。可惜Raudenbush现在去了Chicago.如果是他本人讲的，就更好了。
