首先，我认为在完全竞争市场中，long run的均衡处消费者剩余和生产者剩余是一样大的，不知道大家认可吗
其次就是两道题，实在是有点搞不清楚到底怎么回事，而且还是英文的~

1.Imagine that you are the omniscent and benevolent social planner. Suppose the social marginal cost curve is


perfectly flat (as it would be in the case of identical


producers in the long run).

Would you be able to give producers a share of the


surplus?

我认为是不会吧，应该不能再做这种变化了

2.Suppose that all the conditions of the first welfare


theorem are satisfied in the market for good x. Imagine

that you are the omniscent and benevolent social planner


would like consumers to get a bigger share of the total

surplus than they would get in the market equilibrium.

Could you accomplish this?
