    数据来源于GEM数据库,包括87个国家11年(2001-2011年)的三个指标:

    (1)Total early-stage Entrepreneurial Activity (TEA):Percentage of18-64 population who are either a nascent entrepreneur or owner-manager of anew business;

    (2)Improvement-Driven Opportunity Entrepreneurial Activity: RelativePrevalence: Percentage of those involved in TEA who (i) claim to be driven byopportunity as opposed to finding no other option for work; and (ii) whoindicate the main driver for being involved in this opportunity is beingindependent or increasing their income, rather than just maintaining theirincome;

    (3) Necessity-Driven Entrepreneurial Activity: Percentage of thoseinvolved in TEA who are involved in entrepreneurship because they had no otheroption for work.
