1.最好是国内人士写的，国外的话，如果翻译比较好的话也不拘
2.网上可以买得到的，最好有高清电子书版本的，有的话请加上电子书的下载链接地址

推荐美国人迈克尔-希特的《战略管理》，国际国内都用的比较广泛；英国人JOHNSON的《探索公司战略》也不错，但是国内翻译的慢了一些；英国林奇的《公司战略》也不错。
