Before raising funds for medical insurances, it is a must to increase efficiency of medical industry, which can make people and insurance more affordable. But at the moment, it is one's right to get basic medical care for being a citizen, and government should use more budget on this, but not for overuse of medical services.

Personally believe it is better to help people receive affordable medical care right now. If the government prolongs the project, many people would still suffer from the disease without having the opportunity to get cured. The government conducts the project and offers the affordable medical care now, the situation presented before won't happen.

As  far as I'm concernd, it's good to offer more subsidiary medical insurances to the poor.In one hand, it can  help the poor,and on the other hand ,it offers many jobs. I think it will reduce savings and stimulate consumption.After all ,it provide protection.What's important,supervision must be in place.

According to my opinion,helping ordinary people receive affordable medical care rather than offering them more subsidiary medical insurances is an effective method to resolve medical predicament in china.The reason why china medicine cost is unaffordable for most households is that medical supply still reminds a very low level and resources of medicine distributed in big urban areas. If the government only offer more subsidiary,it does no good on wealthy class,in fact,these people is not lack of money,while compared with huge medical spend,these subsidy is just like a drop in bucket for poor people.In other words, government subsidy can not help increasing income level in long run,but a continuously expansionary economy can do.In a word,investing more on public healthcare and  reducing medicine price can inspire marginal spend on healthcare for poor people,let alone for the wealthy.The Great Britain universal healthcare system is a good experience around the world.

   As far as I am concerned , our government should help the poor to receive affordable medical care now rather than offer more subsidiary medical insurances to the poor in the future .
  On the one hand  ,as we all know, many poor people can not afford the expensive medical  bills ,because the price of medicine is too high .On the other hand, In fact , many people especially us Chinese people would not like buying the medical insurance even they have enough money, although this phenomenon is better with our ideas changing ,but it need a long time for the poor to adapt. In a word, to help the poor the best way is to decrease the bills .
