With the development of social security system, more and more people will be able to  possess a medical insurance account and will not lose it when they migrate from one province to another. This will motivate them to work in their favorite place and  help optimize the allocation of labor force.

However, increasing the quantity of the medical insurance subsidiary doesn't mean promoting the quality of the medical services. In fact,  unlike the old-age pension, the fund of medical insurance is not in debt. The problem is how to allocate the money so that the hospitals are willing to offer cheap and good services to patients.

I think the goverment should offer more subsidiary medical insurances to the poor peole.Weight the advantages and disadvantages.The advantages have more influence than disadvantages.The advantages are that it can improve the goverment's image in most of people.it's not only can solve some society problems and guarantee the labor to promote the economic development.but also mske for society equity.

It just depends who you are who you choose to be. To be honest, in China, I have no choice to be a common people and just take care of myself.

During a training program, I have submitted a question to a officials from China's national development and reform commission. My presentation goes as followed: The medical insurance institution needs to be modified. The first, the medical  insurance fund accounts for a only small percentage of the GDP, more money should be put into, that's a long way; The second, it is the issue of implementation, there are so many restriction for the ordinary people to use the insurance. But the officials failed to tell me the solutions to the problems. Of course that is not his fault, the issue is out of his control.

Before raising funds for medical insurances, it is a must to increase efficiency of medical industry, which can make people and insurance more affordable. But at the moment, it is one's right to get basic medical care for being a citizen, and government should use more budget on this, but not for overuse of medical services.

In my opinion, the government should provide the basic medical care. However, it is important to make the private capital invest in that. The private-owned can provide better services than the state-owned hospital with more charges, which may help the poor enjoy the basic medical cares. In a word, it is the mechanism that help the people and equal the public resources.
