Task:

A year ago, a group of people angry about economic inequality, corporate greed and financial injustice staged a protest in Lower Manhattan’s Zuccotti Park, pledging to “Occupy Wall Street.” There was no overarching agenda and no official spokespeople, just the famous rallying cry of “We are the 99%.” But that slogan was enough to hold together a loose confederacy of protesters who camped out for nearly two months before eventually being removed by police. The movement ignited populist anger against banks four years after the financial crisis and eventually spawned “occupations” around the globe.

It is true that financial sector earned too much, and most people feel the right way. In most cases, violence is not the right thing, and it is better to be settled in a peaceful way. When conflicts can not be solved easily, things will go forward in the violent way.

I don't think there is a major impact on the Wall Street made by occupants. The Wall Street is never being occupied, although there are always complainments. What people should do is to work hard to obtain a job rather than waste time on criticizing the Wall Street.

the occpation is a way to express the public's resentment towards the wall street,as many of them do their job by speculation and when they cased the global chaos,they need goverment to fix it up by using the tax payer's money,which is so unfair.

But it seems that the goverment has nothing to do except to save those messers.while I think maybe the goverment can sell long-time options.(this idea hasn't been thinking through)

Those people should be praised and it took a lot of guts to go out there to protest. It might take a long time to show its effects and we should give it a few more years. I heard on the news there are some regulation proposed by the organization accepted go New York governor. I am not sure what it is though.
