This is the first time i have found the way to make dumplings （your pictures），more efficient and convenient. Just yesterday, I have done the dumplings with leeks, eggs and shrimps, sharing with you. Dumpling is an important kind of China's traditional food, bearing not just food, but wishes of the family harmony and reunion.

In my hometown, we eat glutinous rice balls when family united and we eat dumplings when family members are leaving home.

Three-fresh dumplings are my favorite. I could bearely see shrimps there and I would love to have a half shrimp in each of the dumpling. You are good at making dumplings and they are all sit straight in the second photo.
