本人有一篇论文名为“Ownership Structure and Performance of Commercial Banks"，是一篇会议论文，估计会被ISSHP，就是现在的CPCI-SSH检索，但是本人学校没买这方面的数据库，都10个月了，现在求助热心人，能不能帮忙查查该论文是否被检索了？非常感谢！

摘要: The rapid development of the financial industry and the frequent occurrence of financial crisis show the importance of bank governance. In this paper, 15 commercial banks listed on a sample of empirical analysis of the ownership structure of China's commercial banks operating performance of the bank. It was found that the largest proportion of shareholding and the second to the tenth largest commercial bank shareholding ratio and operating performance showed a "U-type" relationship. It shows an inverted "U-type" relationship between Government shareholding ratio and commercial banks operating performance. It has a significant positive correlation between foreign strategic investors and the commercial banks operating performance. The size of the bank for commercial banks had no significant impact on business performance.

你可以问问图书馆，你所在城市哪些学校、研究机构能出检索报告。例如985高校、211高校图书馆，中科院分院等都可以出检索报告的。
