China:
RMB/USD reached 7.5712.It was a record new high.We noted the volatility of RMB agregated,but still believe it is still under control.As the BOC said,the adjustment of exchange rate is not the only policy instrument to slow the trade surplus.With the increased M2 and the expected high CPI,the reducing of interest rate tax ,hikes of reserve rate may come out .
Australia(including other main Globe markets):
The lending statistics for May was released,which has risen by 0.9%,after slumping 10.6% in April.No other datas released.
The market bounced today,after a recovery for USmarkets overnight.
Shares analysis
中国石化：The share price rose 5.19% today since the oil price incresed a lot and the market expected it would hit a record high price.Also on the Wallstreer Journal,the OPEC said the reason for the recent rising oil price was out of their control because it was caused by market speculation ,understability and cut of production.We believe it will outperform the SHCI tomorrow.
