I am studying in Scotland for Mathematic Biology. I will get a master degree in 2013.09. As usual, I may get to study the PHd in my school. But I found I am interested in China's Economy and I want to get involved. So, since I will have plenty of time to get a certificate, I wonder if I can study the CFA, or other certificates. what certificate will help me? thx. Although my course is about Mathematic Biology, a large part of which is computational modelling. I do not have any economic backgrounds. Thank you guys for your advice, I will appreciate that................:)

In China or any other countries, certificate is not the key to your career, but working experience! No matter where you are, internship or working experience is always the door-knocking for your career! Therefore, I am suggesting you take an internship first, not only get some financial or economic background, but also have some feeling about what it really is before you make a choice! Hope that helps!
