-Assignment Title: ERP Operation Intern
-Location: Beijing (Kerry Center)
-Working Frequency: 3-5 days per week

-Salary: Above 100CNY per day

Responsibility:
-Facilitate daily operation of Energy Asia Oracle ERP instance;
-Facilitate issue resolving teams to ensure SLA compliance and user satisfaction;
-Participate in Change Control rhythms and work issues/risk with different technical teams to ensure timely resolution;
-Manage Support Central escalations and report to leadership on status of critical issues;
-Drive Support Excellence by optimizing issue resolution process;
-Participate in and support on-going Oracle R12 programs in Asia;
- Manage Asia ERP, IT Program Excellence portal update and function development;

-Lead Asia ERP tech upgrade project/work with DBA team from the US and India;

-Support Enterprise Solution team communications.

Requirements:
-Bachelor or Master Students graduating in 2013 or 2014.
-Long term internship preferred. Able to start working from Nov 2012.
-MIS, IM, CS, Engineering, Statistics background preferred.
-Passionate in learning Oracle technology and Energy industry.
