关于国内房租价格，从1998到2010的数据

各位仁兄！小弟在做个国内房价的小小研究，急需Price to rent ratio的数据，国内的Chinese Statistical Yearbook 2011里面只有price index,但是我需要1998年到2010年的全国overal level的average rent fee, 面积大小的话无所谓，看你的资料结构而定，只要能帮忙提供以下房租费用rent fee就好！在这里感谢了！
