鞠建东清华大学经管学院经济系教授，国际经济研究中心主任。1982年获南京大学数学系学士学位，1987年获清华大学经济学硕士学位，1995年获美国宾州州立大学经济学博士学位。

主要讲授课程：高级国际贸易。

主要研究领域为国际贸易、国际金融、产业组织。

在American Economic Review、Journal of International Economics、American Economic Journal等国际一流学术杂志上发表论文多篇。目前承担有世界银行（World Bank）和货币基金组织（IMF）的多项科研项目。

自1995年至今担任美国俄克拉荷马大学（University of Oklahom）经济系助理教授、副教授（终身聘任）、教授，2007年至2009年担任国际货币基金组织研究部客座研究员，兼任世界银行顾问。

    您好！感谢您百忙之中抽出宝贵时间为我们解答问题，我的问题是：从历史上看，产业的市场集中与空间集聚是现代产业组织演进的两条基本路径。现阶段，我国中央及地方ZF在推进产业组织调整优化的过程中，分别提出要发展有竞争力的大企业和产业集群的战略。但在现实中，应如何处理二者之间的关系，以更有效地提升产业的竞争力，尤其是面对既存在着以中小企业为主体的企业集群，同时也存在以大型企业为主体的产业集群时如何协调、融合，形成优势互补？

鞠老师，您好，我看到excess supply什么的就两眼放光。请教一下，在一般均衡模型里面，类似产能过剩、劳动力过剩该怎么刻画呢？

感谢鞠老师的解答，我的问题是：1979年Krugman在Vernon（1966）产品生命周期假说的基础上，首次对国际贸易中的创新行为和技术转移正式建立模型并发展成为南北贸易模型。该模型阐述了国际贸易中垄断和竞争此消彼长的真实情况。 现在中国市场也出现了类似的现象，一方面是社会财富的迅速积累和居民消费水平快速增长。另一方面，入世之后我国进口品的增加也使得国内消费者必然会在国内产品和进口品之间做出选择。根据Baldwin(1992)的研究成果，进口竞争会迫使本国创新者选择加快创新步伐以避免被进口品所代替。当然，也有很多学者认为由贸易自由化带来的激励的竞争会削弱企业的利润从而会减少企业的创新行为。那么，进口竞争对中国国内企业创新是积极的还是消极的呢？
