晕。。。你在国外 人民币的话 干两年年薪就过百万了
美金的话 过百万也不用c level position 大公司中层差不多

两年? So far I have never seen anyone can earn more than $100K with only two year experiences ......

a lot of people make 100k during their first year  (not necessarily working as an actuary)
if you are good enough, it is possible to make 100k for a summer internship in three months.
personally speaking, I made 50k at my previous internship...
you cannot really look at DWSimpson report and claim everyone makes 65000 in their first year.Many people make more, much more than that.

如果按照工作年限来看的话，可以排除管理人员于0-2年的那一栏，我觉得这个很靠谱。但是还有一点很吸引的是公司报销考试费书本费培训费，公司出钱给你考ASA FSA， 这多好啊，自身就升值了，还不花钱。。。薪水是一方面，自身发展我觉得是非常重要的。保险公司毕竟是很大方的，我看到好多保险公司出机票出酒店让人去他们州面试，实习生拿薪水还能报销考试费。。。所以求高薪、涨薪水要一步步的来，保险公司对员工自身的发展的帮助要意识到。

we are talking about how much an actuary can make.
If you got a million in an invest bank for the first year, I would not be surprised ......
