three observations:
1. IBankers dont make a whole lot these days. they make far from millions
2. if you decide to be actuary, you are prioritizing other parts of your life over financial returns.
If you want to make big bucks, this is not the career for you.
3. contrary to what you said,  i found most of the people get the higher end salary of the DW simpson range.
Some people will be chained to a desk and make a pittance, others will be able to surf the net all day and make bank. It all comes down to who you work for.

不好意思我只不过是路过打酱油的，我学的是金融，现在在读研。将来最起码进省分行，最起码不会很底层，不要动不动就瞧不起别人！

只是想提醒大家:理想很美好,现实很骨感
没有瞧不起别人的意思
至少不要光看工资选专业
尤其是不靠谱统计

美金的话 过百万也不用c level position 大公司中层差 ...

这个太离谱了，即使一年200k（AVP-VP左右），税后也就13万，换成人民币都不到100万。而且AVP也不是工作两年的事。
美金年收入过百万，不到C-level （executive level）几乎不可能。一般公司的chief actuary 也就300K-700k好么，小公司的更低些。
