Responsibility:
1.Opens bank accounts, prepare timely payments to various suppliers, and recon
cile bank account balance on a monthly basis;
2.Verify and reimburse employee expenses;
3.Assist in ensuring the end of month processing is complete;
4.Input accounting entries in SAP systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness o
f data capture;
5.Archive and documentation in Finance department (vouchers, invoices, journal
s and other documents);
6.Handle some ad hoc tasks.
Qualification:
College Degree in Accounting & Finance
Good English reading and writing ability, familiar with MS office
Accounting experience and solid working experience in multinational companies
is an advantage
SAP knowledge will be preferred
Personality:
Good team player and eager to learn
