I can confirm that the following journals will be indexed by Compendex in 2013:

journal of beijing university of posts and telecommunications
Tongxin Xuebao/Journal on Communications

Also, the 2013 Ei Title list will be released in the next week. You will be able to find that list on the www.ei.org website.

不过也有邮件说6月前出来的会被保留
都是网上找的，我没发过，楼主好运
