为了推动研究生对契约理论、企业理论、制度经济学和新政治经济学的理解与领悟，由杨瑞龙教授指导的研究生组建的读书会部分项目试行对外开放。读书会项目之一为聂辉华博士主持的“契约与组织理论高级专题讨论会”。讨论会所讨论的论文均为近年来在契约与组织领域的前沿论文，要求听众具备中级以上微观经济学和博弈论知识。

现在陆续将讨论会信息发布在此。
