我是在阅读一篇有关上市公司信息披露方面与公司治理结构之间关系的文献，以下是摘录，希望大家能搞懂到底是什么东东！谢谢！

I find that managerial ownership is negatively associated with earnings quality and a positive association is observed for institutional ownership. As for the level of disclosure, I find a significantly negative association between T&D ratings and managerial ownership after controlling for institutional ownership. In addition, I find evidence that those associations are stronger when the proprietary cost of disclosure is high.
