本人是受客者之一...
今早香港三级考场未完成CHECKIN程序太慢了, 虽然是准时入场, 但8:45分还有不少考生未完成CHECKIN
突然PROCTOR停止CHECKIN, 去了派发试题, 还直接开考了!!!!!!!!!!!!
开考后才继续为准时入场的考生CHECKIN, 完全不可以接受!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
这里有没有受害者? 一起发电邮向协会投诉!!

please note that according to the hong kong test center policy, the door should be closed at 8.30a.m. rather than 8.45a.m., the proctor already give u more time than policy on the cfa website

I am not in Hong Kong test center. However, it is possible that the door was closed at 830am while the check-in process did not complete within 15 minutes.

In such circumstance, the start  the exam should be postponed until all the candidates in the test room have been successfully checked in. As long as the total duration is 3 hours, it is acceptable that the exam does not start from 9:00am exactly.
