<P ><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">(a) assess whether this distribution is just according to at least two of the theories of distributive justice we have discussed. Also compare the two theories and argue whether one is better suited to deal with the case at hand than the other.<o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">(b) assess the way in which the liberty of all parties involved is affected through this specific distribution. Discuss at least two theories we have discussed that deal with the notion of liberty within society and explain how these theories would judge the case at hand. Also compare the theories and give arguments why one theory is preferable over the other. <o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></P>
