Excel文件的扩展名为什么是xls?

应该是有讲究的，比如word文档扩展名是.doc，是document的前三个字母。

没有什么特别的理由。可能只是为了和已有软件的区分，因为在当时，还有另外一款财务软件（非微软生产）也叫excel，两家公司还为商标权起了争议。所以如果你看word的快捷图标，是一个大写的字母W，但excel的快捷图标是一个大写的字母X，而非E。
