一个例子就是 当用EXCEL打开文件时，就无法用import导入。

How about the 'csv' file.
Until now,my solution is
using the x command to copy the the csv file and then import the file.
I don't think it was the best solution

但是即使excel打开了这个文件，你也还是可以复制这个文件的难道说sas打开一个文件的时候是需要独占的么
我用fopen的方式也不行
现在只能先用x命令copy了之后再import
