这个是美国有名的疾病管制预防局
除了下述的国民健康营养调查资料外，也有NHIS【国民健康访问调查】
CDC 【Centers for Disease Control and Prevention】
NHANES【National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey】
以往许多大型资料，都用SAS code，所以挺麻烦的，反正现在Stata也能读一些SAS code的资料，
所以相当方便…
