Things are getting more difficult in general right now, as far as GT goes cause I understand they're changing the style. As to application, full scholarship  would be hard for some majors, but then it's always competitive for top universities so same story as always.
Spending years of your life and a huge chunk of money on this is such a big decision that I encourage everyone to give mature considerations to. Putting aside how to land the application, it's about what you want to do in the future and whether it's a good fit.
