Emotional Biases
Not related to conscious thought but arising from feelings, impulses or intuition.
Difficult to overcomeand have to be adapted(i.e., acceptingand adjusting based on the impact of a bias).
•Both may cause decisions to deviate from the assumed rational decisions
of traditional finance.
•Specific biases may seem to have both cognitive and emotional aspects.
