这是拿assistantship 必须经过的考试，由多个部分组成。

Study Announcement

Hello, everybody. Before starting today’s lecture, I want to inform you that this Wednesday’s class and office hours have been cancelled, because I will be out of town to attend a conference this Tuesday, September 6th. However, I have scheduled a make-up class in Room 100 at Academic Hall from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. this Friday, September 9th. In addition, the due date for homework 6 has been changed from Friday to next Monday, September 12th. Therefore, you can have enough time to work on your homework over the weekend. In case you have any questions regarding your homework, I will also hold an extra office hour from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in Room 58 at Academic Hall next Monday. Finally, you should turn in your homework to my mailbox, which is located at Academic Hall Room 226, by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 12th. Thank you for your understanding. Ok, lets’ get started on today’s materials now.
