在可见的将来，香港将继续成为区内主要的金融中心。相比其他以政府主导的亚洲经济，香港金融业较为开放和先进。现时的银行业改革将令银行业更有效率。这方面的发展不能仓猝而成，本港是经历了多年的努力和政府持久的支持。香港金融业的稳定发展和过往的业绩是投资者信心的保证，同时，这也是本港金融业的最宝贵资产，这将确立香港成为中国及亚洲处理资金增值的中心。
2.English-Chinese
China will implement a new system for a tax rebates for exporters. With the experience on cooling measures on the property market, many people expect more to come to curb export activities. However, I do not see a high policy risk related to this. China officials made policy changes to try to direct fund flows but strong exports would not cause a big problem for China, so they do not need to take drastic measures to cool it down. The purpose of the current measures is to tackle the problem of over-investment in certain manufacturing sector, and definitely not to curb exports.
