经纪人培训生：

职责

1）协助经纪人的工作；

2）按照相关条例、市场惯例和管理层的指示，在经过经纪人或者前台经理的批准和监督下安排或者进行交易；

3）承担其他管理层安排的任务。

要求

1)        应届毕业生或有2年以下工作经验者；

2)        金融、经济、贸易或相关专业毕业，了解金融市场并且熟悉金融产品；

3)        有良好的英语沟通能力（英语6级或以上）；

4)        能够迅速进行精确计算；

5)        懂得自我激励与自我约束；

6)        有良好的团队协作能力且能够承受工作压力。

 

Trainee Brokers:

Role

(a) to support the brokers on the desk who deal or arrange transactions;

(b) to deal or arrange transactions under the supervision of a broker or the desk manager in accordance with the relevant custom or practice and as directed by management;

(c) to undertake any other duties as directed by senior management.

Requirements

(a) University graduates with 0-2 years working experience;

(b) Degree holder in Finance, Economics, trade or related and have a good knowledge of financial markets and products;

(c) Keen and enthusiastic with good English language skills (CET6 is must);

(d) Good mathematical skills and able to make accurate calculation quickly;

(e) Able to work as part of a team and under pressure .

清算人员：

职责

1）  在后台清算系统中录入交易信息

2）  向经融机构确认交易

3）  处理公司交易确认及其他相关清算事宜

4）  处理并汇报任何非正常交易活动

5）  维护并更新客户相关信息的资料库

要求

1）                  本科学历，会计及相关专业

2）                  耐心细致

3）                  良好的英语沟通能力

4）                  良好的计算机操作能力

5）                  能在压力下工作

 

Settlement Staff

Role

(a) Input trade details into the back-office clearing system

(b) Process and confirm trades with financial institutions

(c) Handle enquiries on trade confirmation or other settlement issues

(d) Monitor and report any unusual transactions/business activities

(e) Maintain and update database of clients relevant information

Requirements  

(a) College graduates with accounting or related background

(b) Patient and careful

(c) Good command of English

(d) Proficient in MS Office   

(e) Able to work under pressure

 

会计

工作职责

1)        完成日常会计工作，如付款凭证和会计分录等；

2)        察看每天的现金状况；

3)        完成会计附表以及开支细目；

4)        检查财务报表；

5)        付款请求限额核定；

6)        完成经理布置的相关任务。

要求

1)        会计、审计、统计学专业大学本科毕业生；

2)        在相关领域有两年以上的工作经验,有跨国企业工作经验者优先；

3)        优异的英语阅读、写作、听说能力（通过CET6或以上）；

4)        有较强的分析能力；

5)        熟练掌握微软办公系统的使用。

 

Accounting staff

Role

(a)    Play routine accounting functions such as prepare the payment voucher and book the accounting entries

(b)Monitor the daily cash position

(c)    Prepare accounting schedules and expenses breakdown

(d)   Check financial reports

(e)    Check the payment request to the authorized limit

(f)     Complete any ac hoc task assigned by  management

Requirements:

(a)    University graduates with degree holder in accounting, auditing, statistics,

(b)   More than 2 years accounting experience and experience in multinational company is preference

(c)    Excellent English in reading ,writing and listening （CET 6 is must）

(d)   Aptitude for analytic skill

(e)    Proficient in Ms Office
