Cohen的Psychological Testing and Assessment：An Introduction to Tests and Measurement (7th edition)，近700页，比Crocker & Algina的Introduction to Classical and Modern Test Theory通俗易懂而且对数学要求不高，心理测量入门级的经典教材：

Downloaded to learn, even they are old BUT classic materials for measurement, testing and/or assessment.  Thanks for your sharing, xie xie.

Those eight PPT topics are very interesting and useful.  They are: Preliminary Topics; Selective Statistics Reviews; Reliability; Validity; CTT Item Analysis; Computerization; Scales, Transformations, and Norms; and Ability Testing.  They are from Dr Scott Bilder in the State University of New Jersey.

Cohen's book: Psychological Testing and Assessment: An Introduction to Tests and Measurement, 7th Edition; 2009, McGraw-Hill.  So Good!
