Management Trainee 管理培训生 职位描述：职位说明 Introduction:
The purpose of the Management Trainee program is targeting at high caliber fresh graduates or graduated young talents, the duration of which will be 12 months and the selected MTs will rotate to different departments to help get the deep insight of the company business, afterwards when trainees’ performance evaluation confirmed to be successful, we will appoint them to a specific position from different departments based on his/her performance.



挑选标准 Qualification:
1. Expected bachelor degree or above in July 2014, candidates with overseas education background is plus
2. Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
3. Good computer skills and analytical skills
4. Willing to work under pressure
5. Strong learning desire and ability
6. Self-disciplined and highly flexible, self-motivated and dynamic
7. With quick learning ability, team spirit and pleasant personality
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
