Position: Management Trainee (MT)
Responsibility:
The Management Trainee position is a development position. Over a 18-months period, the jobholder will gain professional experience in different areas of insurance operations. It is structured to provide fresh graduates or young talents with less than 3 years working experience with a chance to develop a fast-track insurance career. Key responsibilities:
- Rotate in key business functions
- Understand different insurance operations
- Review & Analyze key business processes
- Keep abreast with, understand and analyze insurance market and competitors information
- Conduct research and analysis on major insurance product areas, competitors, industry trends and Bank's best practices
- Participate in ad-hoc project or assignments
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor or above Degree in any discipline
- University students to graduate in 2011, or experienced hire who have less than 3 years working experience
- High mobility to different working locations
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated, pro-active and capable of prioritizing with minimum guidance
- A strong team-player
