We are a start-up alternative assetmanagement company, and recently closed a new vulture private equity fund. Nowwe need sort of fresh blood to join our team, especially under following rules:

[Analyst Team] Entry Level Analyst (Internship@Summer 2014 / Trainee -> Full-time)

Base: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

1.      Provides investmentrecommendations based on modeling, valuation and risk assessments.

2.      Two optional direction:

a)        Conducts financial statementanalysis, builds and maintains financial models to evaluate historicalinformation and generates projections.

b)        Conducts Conduct detailedsearch portfolios based on the specified criteria; identify businessopportunities, assist to conduct due diligence.

3.      Converts industry knowledgeinto investment opinions.

4.      Analyzes data to assess anddescribe current and long term trends.

5.      Remains current on marketdevelopments to help frame investment strategies.

6.      Conducts valuation analysiswithin an industry, sector, or asset class.

7.      Prepares reports and irregular review.

Requirements:

1.      Business School/Law School graduateor related major, also WELCOME anyone who interested in this opening, CICPA/CertifiedLawyer/CFA candidate or holder is preferred, or a postgraduate degree;

2.      For Full-time Analyst, At least2 years of experience as an analyst, preferably on the buy side or the sellside;

3.      Excellent communication skillswith strong writing and verbal ability in Mandarin and English;

4.      Ability to think critically andcreatively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;

5.      Strong quantitative andanalytical skills;

6.      Highest level of researchindependence and professionalism;

7.      Willingness to travel often;

8.      Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPointand other Tools/Databases.
