其实,这个要用“一个盒子两条路”的方式来学习。不要做中-英翻译,而且要直接链接到心目中的画面和感觉。书里把这个方法描述得很详细。

哑巴英语的基本来源是经过看书来学,而且避免听和说。要解决哑巴英语问题首先要大量听,到英语的因素都非常清晰,然后在开口方面,要一步一步把“说话条件反射”练起来。

当然。秘诀在于从第一天开始,把这个外语当作你的沟通工具。会一个词儿,用一个词儿。不要担心长句或语法对不对。先用!在这个基础上,你会日积月累。

第一: 是的。
第二: 英文思维来自于从第一天开始学,把东西、动作、概念都直接链接到英语,“忘记”中文。 把自己当成婴儿才对。

要看你是什么基础。如果你阅读基本没有问题,要解决的问题是建立英语听力过滤,把自己的说话自动反应练起来为主。这是“功夫”,不是累积知识。

2. For your career, a) do your job really well b) use your new language every day, and aim to add just a few words every day.  Make it a policy and a habit to spend 50% of every day using your new language.
