1。you should always try to read and talk about things that interest you, with people who will patient with you. Don't try to do really difficult things without a foundation.  Crawl. Walk. Then run.  Don't try to fly first.

2. For your career, a) do your job really well b) use your new language every day, and aim to add just a few words every day.  Make it a policy and a habit to spend 50% of every day using your new language.

I want to know that, in Spanish they have to change the words depend on different person ...
Simple. Accept the fact that Spanish is different than Chinese. Spanish uses different ways to "code meaning" than Chinese does.  Recognize this is true.  Start to remember and use the more simple forms.

When you say they "change the words depending on different person, understand that this actually codes the meaning in a redundant form.  So, you can "forget" the pronoun, and still know which person is being talked about, because the "who" is encoded in the verb or the noun.  Like I said. It's different to Chinese. Get used to it!

http://www.kungfuenglish.com

您说的学会 这到底是怎样的一个程度呢 比如口语 写作
学会等于一个16-18岁母语者的水平。很多能说,很多能写。同时,还有学习的空间。可以说,日常和工作沟通的需要没有障碍。这个不等于完美

学英语,学英语,学英语,到底有没有捷径?一直没有答案!期待着!
学英语没有捷径,但是完全不需要走长路! 很多人英语失败是因为违背自己大脑学外语的规律。停止破坏自己的时候,学习速度会上来。
