Like running, you'd better keep a stable tempo.
Avoiding running too fast at some time is really important.
I strongly recommend you do some exercise. e.g. jogging, swimming or hiking.
The mandatory blank off will release your brain for a while and give you a fresh mind shortly.
Remember,
it is more likely to be a long distance race than a 100 meter dash.
Another good advice is,
keep communicating with your family constantly,
never ever isolate yourself.

As long as you do your work everyday,
you should be good.
