      工程建设项目具有建设周期长、投资金额大、施工技术复杂等特点,决定着建设项目在建设期间存在着大量的风险因素。做好建设项目建设期的风险管理工作,能够有效地避免建设项目在建设期风险的发生,进而保证建设项目的顺利进行。建设项目的风险管理工作主要包括风险识别、风险估计、风险评价和风险控制。

       本文通过对国内外有关风险管理文献的大量查阅,对建设项目建设期的风险进行了较为系统全面的分析和研究。在对建设项目建设期的风险管理进行研究时,对风险识别、风险估计、风险评价和风险控制的常用方法进行分析和比较,同时结合建设项目信息的模糊性和不确定性,针对性地选择了层次分析法和模糊综合评价法来建立评价指标模型,对建设项目的建设期风险进行定量的分析评价。然后通过对YGHY建设项目建设期的风险进行实例研究,来体现此种风险指标评价体系的适用性,最后根据评价的结果针对性地对每个风险因素采取控制策略和控制措施。

       实例研究表明,建设项目建设期的风险管理就是通过对建设项目建设期所要面临的各种风险因素的识别和对各种风险因素发生概率和影响后果的估计,然后采用有关风险分析和评价方法对该项目的风险水平进行综合评价,最后根据这些风险因素针对性地制定出风险控制措施。

       在对类似工程的风险管理研究中,可以参照本文的研究思路,针对项目的具体情况,建立风险指标评价体系来对项目的风险进行风险分析。

       This article based on the risk management of a large number of domestic and international literature review on the construction project, making comprehensive analysis and research. While research period of risk for a more systematic construction project, the article analyze and compare Venture Capital Firms, Venture capital, Risk Evaluation, Risk Prevention and Control methods combined with the ambiguity and uncertainty of construction project information. At the same times mastering targeted to select evaluation , analysis of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model for building construction projects on Risk quantitative. Then through the research case studies of YGHY construction project to reflect the applicability of such a risk evaluation index system, and finally take control strategies and control measures targeted to each risk factor based on the results of the evaluation.
        Case studies show that the risk management of construction project construction period is estimated to affect the probability and consequences of various risk factors by identifying construction project construction period to be faced and the various risk factors. And then using the relevant risk analysis and evaluation methods for comprehensive evaluation of the project, and finally find to develop Risk control measures based on these risk factors.

It is all known that engineering construction projects have characteristics such as long construction period, a large amount of investment and complicated construction technology, so a lot of risk factors exist during the construction period. It would be important to have proper risk management, which plays important role to effectively reduce the risk and ensure the smooth progress of construction projects. There are several major aspects that the risk management is working on: risk identification, risk assessment, risk evaluation and risk control.
This paper did comprehensive and systematic assay and research on the topic of risk management during the project construction period, after carefully review on a lot of domestic and international papers about risk management during project construction. This paper did a lot of analysis and comparison on common used methods for risk identification, risk assessment, risk evaluation and risk control. At the same time, considering the ambiguity and uncertainty of construction project information, this paper choose analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model for quantitative analysis of the risk during construction period. After that, this paper did case study of risk management of YGHY construction project to show the applicability of this risk evaluation index system and provided control strategies and measures to each risk factor based on evaluation result.
Case study in this in paper showed that risk management of construction project during construction period is to identify various risk factors, estimate the probability of each risk factor and to evaluate the consequences of each risk factor. And based on this information, the risk management used the relevant risk analysis and evaluation methods, fully evaluated project risk level and developed risk control measures for each risk factor.
This research idea can be used in risk management of similar cases to establish a risk evaluation index system to analyze project risk factors.
