广汇汽车服务股份公司（CGA）实习生项目

职位一：增值业务实习生
隶属部门：运营部
运营部增值业务介绍：在CGA所属区域公司，与区域运营部为专卖店开展汽车金融等增值项
目，例如汽车保险，延长保修，汽车贷款等业务。
工作职责：
协助运营部增值业务经理进行Excel图表制作、数据统计核对、制作PPT、文档管理，
会议记录。
要求：
- 本科或以上学历在读，最好为研究生，金融，外贸，财务，汽车等相关专业；最好为女
生，沪籍。
- 能全职实习三个月以上（特殊事情可请假）。
- 有汽车专卖店“机动车保险”、“车贷”或“延长保修”等汽车增值业务的实习经验者
优先
- 性格主动外向的，善于与同事打交道，文笔好。
- 能接受一定加班压力；
- 熟练运用MS Office（尤其要会熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint，Outlook等）。
- 良好的英文能力，且懂得一定的汽车，保险，金融的领域专业英语。

职位二：财务及审计部实习生
隶属部门：财务及审计部
工作职责：财务分析系统项目
要求：
- 财务相关专业，研究生；
- 熟练运用MS Office（特别是Excel图表制作，PowerPoint）。
- 掌握常用的财务分析模型和工具、方法；熟悉财务分析指标,有较强的财务分析能力。

- 能每周工作3天以上
- 有类似项目经验者优先。

职位三：人力资源部实习生
工作职责：
- 协助进行招聘人员的面试安排；
- 协助对于普通岗位人员的招聘工作；
- 协助进行后备人才培训项目的推进实施；
- 人力资源会议安排与协调，并且整理撰写会议纪要；
- 人力资源部门的其他事务性工作；
要求：
- 本科或以上学历在读，最好为研究生，人力资源管理、英语、企业管理等相关人文学科
专业；
- 能全职实习三个月以上（特殊事情可请假），能接受一定加班压力；
- 性格外向，开朗，具有良好的人际交往能力；
- 英文优秀，具备良好的中英文写作能力；
- 熟练运用MS Office（尤其要会熟练使用Excel，PowerPoint，Outlook等）；

职位四：人力资源信息管理系统项目开发
项目说明：人力资源信息管理系统应用于CGA人才库的信息管理，包括人才库的信息录入，
更新，查询，权限管理及绩效评估。CGA各区域公司人力资源部门该信息管理系统，进行人
才库信息的录入更新维护等操作。通过该系统实现人才数据库的统一管理。
职位说明：该职位为兼职职位，要求应聘者独立开发本系统（公司IT部门提供支持），在
开发过程中不必坐班。开发时间约1个月。要求应聘者具备出色的管理信息系统开发能力，
熟练掌握数据库技术，及网络编程技术。
