两个几乎可以说是同一级别的期刊（差不多A吧）：都不是UTD 24 list；JMS在FT 45 list里，Journal of management 不在；因为有review文章的缘故，Journal of Management的impact factor 比Journal of management studies要高很多。

JOM encourages new ideas or new perspectives on existing research. Manuscripts that are suitable for publication in JOM cover domains such as business strategy and policy, entrepreneurship, human resource management, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and research methods.
