     一直很困惑，光华老师们选人的标准到底是怎么样的。有人说光华对本科学历卡的比较严，看以往的录取情况，本科北大数院初试第三和大连理工三战的都被刷过，但是也录取过山西大学，华东政法和西安外国语等非211，甚至有人说三本也考上过。也有人说老师看中的是你身上是否具有能在金融行业生存下来的特质，如果是这样，那么这个东西是否能培养呢？如果不能培养那么那些二战三战考上的怎么说?如果能培养那么为什么不给本科大连理工三战那位同学一次机会呢、？

    大家怎么看。

I believe the most reliable source is insider information.
You'd better not guess, or derive your conclusion based on your limited information.
That's not rational.

Time and fund are real,
no kidding.

Get to know the interviewers, listen to their advice is much more meaningful.

I don\'t agree with the radical perspective above completely,for the interview is merely a piece of cake as long as you are excellent enough.according to your    professional quality，specialized knowledge and educational background，those professors could make the decision comprehensively

我也很迷茫，不知道高校在录人时候到底看的什么，只想好好准备基础，加油吧，有理想的人。
