我在书上看这种分三层的模型在随机效应结果处会出现三行sd,然后用每一层的σ除以三个相加的sd就能得到ICC,但为什么我的结果里面只有二三水平的sd?是默认第一水平sd为1?不知怎么算ICC,如果不算icc就无法知道三水平是否合适呀。
另外我也想请教关于两水平和三水平模型的比较,做lrtest这样可以吗?显然三水平模型的likelihood增加了,这样怎么说明三水平模型优于二水平呢?
