求助，关于Eviews的小问题

In EViews set up a vector of the starting values for 1 2 9 a ,a ,......, a ,b, p, q in this
order where i a is the upper limit for income class i, b, p,q are starting values for
the parameters of the beta distribution. Set up this vector as the c series in Eviews.
Note that the upper limit if the last class is not included.

请问如何建立以c命名的列向量啊，c如何改名或者是改类型啊？
还是说这段话有别的意思啊？
