The file is in djvu format which you may not feel familiar as pdf files. I tried to convert it to pdf and end up with a 100 megabytes file. Plus, the pdf file won't allow you to do full text serach while djvu can. There are 2 files in this zipped file, one is the djvu viewer installation file, and one is the book.

Simply, set up the djvu viewer and open the book with this view. If you still prefer a pdf file you can print the book to a pdf file in the viewer.
