Just as the Chairman Mao once said,''Physical capital is revolutionary.''Health is so important to us that we all should take immediate actions to keep fit. There are miraculous quantities of suggestions on how to keep fit. Nevertheless I think my ways are better. My ways are as follows.
First of all,it's essential for us to possess a positive attitude. Studies have shown that people with a positive attitude can live longer and suffer less disease than those who do not. Therefore,no matter what we are suffering,we are supposed to maintain a positive attitude. Just as the dialogue of Gone With The Wind,"After all,tomorrow is another day!"So put on a smile,you'll live through your pain and lead a healthy and happy life.
Secondly,maintain a balanced diet. In accordance with some studies,Chinese people's tharm is longer than western people's. Hence,we'd better eat more vegetables and fruits but less meet. Or we will suffer constipation,which is harmful to our health. Addition to that,avoid high fat,high sugar and deep-fried foods,which will put pressure on our digestive system. What's worse,those food can even lead to serious illnesses,such as hypertension,hyperlipemia,hyperglycaemia,etc.
Thirdly,we are expected to exercise regularly. Choose a kind of sport you like most and persist in it. Not only can it help us keep fit,but it also can shape our body. What must be mentioned is that moderate exercise is adequate. Exercising too much will put pressure on our body and ruin our health.
Last but not least,sleep well. A good sleep is beneficial to our health,which can make us energetic. So,we'd better go to bed early and get rise early to garantee that we have enough sleeping time.
