在我国，央行试图通过控制利率来调控货币供给，真正达到目的了吗？

我表示怀疑。

对国企当然用处不大，但对于民营企业还是管用的，

比如说房地产开发商的投资以及炒家的投机。

当然中小企业本来就贷不到钱，只能找地下钱庄，

央行加息增加了地下钱庄的租金收益。
